Remolding of our den and living room. Created more of an open concept by creating half walls. Placed new hard wood floor, new banister, paint, and re-stoning of fire place.

Beautiful job! Sandro and his crew were excellent. We could not be happier with the work that was done. Not only did FRM do great construction work but they were friendly and fairly priced. You can tell they really take pride in what they do. We will definitely be using them in the future!

What doesn't he know how to do, should be the question. I met Sandro when he first did the backsplash in my kitchen renovation. He was very detailed - any piece that looked off, he did over. If there was a piece that looked bad, he grabbed a different piece. I then hired Sandro to gut and renovate my entire master bathroom. He was so detailed with my shower tiles that he made it look like a lovely pattern. We felt that he did such an amazing job, that we hired him back for a third job which was to replace the siding.

It went so smooth. He is very honest which is hard to find nowadays from contractors. He was punctual and his guys cleaned up after every day of leaving my home. He was SUPER detailed. We used him two times already and I am asking him to come back to add custom molding. Hands down, I recommend this man!
